Group Exercise: Start the day off by enjoying some group-based exercises to help assist with the flexibility, mobility, strength and balance of the body.

Morning Activities – Customer Choice:

Creative Crafts: Enjoy spending some time Crafting with your friends, socialising and creating a special Craft item that you will be able to take home at the end of the day to admire – Easter Bonnets

Woodvale Beauty Salon Pamper: Enjoy some personal care and wellbeing by getting pampered in our Beauty Salon with a relaxing mini-hand massage followed by a lovely nail polish makeover.

Virtual Reality Headset Experience: Take yourself on an exciting 3D immersive sensory journey while sitting in the comfort of an Armchair. Place a headset on over your eyes and visually be filled with computer – Enjoy a 360 degree view and feel as though you are physically right there experiencing the wonderment of these environments.Explore travelling to new places and visiting famous sites in the world, revisit cherished memories and familiar meaningful locations from your past.

Enjoy a freshly cooked lunch meal followed by a delicious dessert from our resident chef Adrian.

Afternoon Activities – Customer Choice:

Woody’s Karaoke: Time to belt out your greatest singing voice with a microphone in hand, to an assortment of popular favourite worldwide songs from past and present. Take turns having fun and a laugh with your friends in your own mini concert as you sing along to the song lyrics on the screen, to a pre-recorded musical backing track.

Giant Chess (outside) : Have a sit and watch others or join in with the fun and get some fresh air outside while playing games.

Tradition Bingo : Have a fun game of Bingo with your friends and win mini- chocolates in the process. Have your exact numbers called out in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line format to win-shouting out “Bingo“each time.

Finish the day off with some lovely freshly made Afternoon Tea and beverages before heading off home at 3pm.
