Experienced within a cross-section of industries, Yvonne provides high-level commercial, strategic and technical support that adds vital value to our stakeholders. Yvonne has held senior roles within the aged care, disability and mental health sectors spanning 15 years. She is a driven leader, a passionate mentor and skilled in achieving ROI, corporate governance and strategic results for Community Vision. Yvonne’s passion for social justice flows throughout all operations to improve flexibility, autonomy and fulfilment of all customers and staff.
Neil is our Chief Financial Officer, with a career developed in diverse sectors including mining services and not-for-profit organisations. A skilled chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience, Neil has a wealth of expertise within project management, debt financing, treasury management, forecasting and budgeting, internal and external financial reporting, legislative compliance, board reporting and representation and company secretarial duties.

All Community Vision staff are fully qualified and experienced in providing support with the utmost respect, compassion and professionalism. Our Account Managers are here to provide every single member within our community with guidance every step of the way, ensuring they have a complete understanding and clarity about the type of supports their funding can provide. Doing this delivers the flexibility, choice and control for our customers to decide what supports they want to meet their goals.
All of our Family Day Care educators strive to enhance your child’s natural curiosity and love for learning. Our Family Day Care Team focuses on developing the whole child by offering activities that stimulate their social, emotional, physical, and academic needs. Our Educators are welcoming and offer adequate space to foster child-directed, free-choice play as well as structured group activities.
