ITINERARY:
Good morning welcome at the Woodvale social centre.
Enjoy a selection of tasty Morning Tea refreshments and beverages.
Start the day off with some light morning exercises and stretches, followed by a relaxing and peaceful guided meditation session.
Morning Activities – Customer choice:
Art Therapy: Have fun expressing yourself and create your own individual and personalised Artwork in our engaging Art Studio.
Learn all about different Themes, Artists, Colours, Art Techniques and Art mediums in the process with our resident Art Therapist Lisa.
Music Quiz: Enjoy yourself and take part in a game of Quiz questions.
Have fun and test your knowledge in a variety of areas, from general culture to more specialised subjects. Challenge yourself and answer as many questions as you can, and as correctly as possible.
Giant Skittles – Let’s put the skittles up and see who can get a strike by rolling the ball.
Spin the Big Wheel Game: take turns at Spinning the Big wheel and if your spin lands
On a selection of lucky numbers – you win a prize.
Enjoy a freshly cooked lunch meal followed by a delicious dessert from our resident chef Adrian.
Afternoon Activities – Customer Choice:
Tradition Bingo: Enjoy a game of Bingo with your friends and win mini chocolates in the process.
Have your exact numbers called out in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line format to win – Shouting out “Bingo “each time.
Connect 4: Have a game of giant Connect 4 and compete with your friends to see who can strategically place the discs horizontally, diagonally or upwards to win the game.
Indoor /outdoor Golf: Have a social time together with your friends playing a game of Golf.
Using colourful golf balls and golf clubs – compete to putt the ball into holes worth varying score points.
Finish the day off with some freshly made Afternoon Tea and beverages, before heading off home at 3pm.
