Social Connect – Mini Golf and Dinner
Come and enjoy some healthy competition at Wanneroo Botanical Gardens Mini Golf. After mini golf, there will be the option to buy some dinner. Please bring money for mini golf & food or drink you might like to purchase.
Social Connect Nights are back for December, and we have some great activities planned for each Friday between 5 and 9 pm. This program is designed to meet the participants’ personal growth and social needs to further develop their interpersonal skills and social engagement.
Please note: Social Connect Nights spots go fast, so please secure your spot early by following the below steps:
- For bookings, please contact the Customer Service Team customerserviceteam@communityvision.asn.au or via 1800 YOUR LIFE (1800 968 754) and confirm the days you wish your loved one to attend. Please book 7 days in advance.
- Make a payment for the month of September for the chosen activities. This is done through the customer service team in head office.
- Please also note that any transport fee arrangements are independent of the charges for the Social Connect program. Pick-up and drop-off is available on request.
- Please ensure that you arrive at the Kingsley center on time for the Social Connect programs.
