Bruce LandBoard Member

    Bruce is a recently retired Chief Financial Officer of a large WA based provider of individualized services to people with disabilities. In this role, he took on a leading role within the local industry in its discussions with the NDIA that lead to quantifiable improvements in the NDIS. He is a passionate advocate for people with disabilities to lead the best lives they can.

    His 40-year professional career spanned many industries from senior positions in the insolvency profession to wide-ranging change management responsibilities in a major regional bank. He is an experienced commercial negotiator and has been heavily involved in various industry bodies where that industry was undergoing structural reform.

    He has also overseen the implementation of major process automation programs and risk management systems. He has a particular interest in the sustainability of organisations going through major change and the governance processes that surround change programs.

    Bruce is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and is a member of CPA Australia. With respect to the latter, he is a member of a local 3rd Age committee.
