Our Remedial Massage Therapist is enjoying her 50th birthday by giving back to the community. Hear from Karen about her amazing feat below:
Hi everyone… for my 50th birthday I have decided to do a a 15,000ft tandem sky dive jump for charity off Rottnest Island on the 26th February – my actual birthday!
I’m COMPLETELY OUT of my COMFORT ZONE….as I hate heights, flying & not being in control of this situation – so this is a big leap of faith for me LOL !!
I hope you can support me with my sky dive jump fundraiser (COVID-19 permitting).
I have chosen a charity that is meaningful to our family and to me. All funds raised will be going directly to Dementia Australia. I hope that my adventure, helps to raise awareness & some fundraising for Dementia Research (via Dementia Australia), hoping one day that research will find a positive cure and prevention for this condition.
In my role at Community Vision as a Remedial Massage Therapist, I see many customers every week living with Dementia. My father-in-law is currently living with Dementia too.
I hope you can help support this cause.
If you can, please support Karen on her Skydive adventure and donate here.
