In 2024, Friday nights are all in at Social Connect at Kingsley!!
It’s the perfect opportunity to catch up with your friends and do a variety of activities.
This week, we’re headed to Malaga Markets Live music & Dinner!
For Bookings:
Bookings need to be made in advance of the program commencing.
Bookings are to be made in person at our office in Joondalup, by email customerserviceteam@communityvision.asn.au or by calling 1800 968 754.
Payment, if applicable, must be made at the time of booking to secure a spot.
Please see the calendar for the activity fee for each event and to see what needs to be provided from home. Once booking is confirmed a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your designated email address (please ensure you update your email details with us)
Excursion-related costs can be paid in advance or on the day direct to the venue.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are to be made by calling 1800 968 754.
7 days is required to cancel any days without charge.
Transport:
Customers can be picked up from home or other and brought to Kingsley Centre by Community Vision, otherwise family or Carer can option to bring Customer to Kingsley Centre and pick up from center at end of evening.
Drop off Time at Kingsley Centre: 5:30pm
Pick up from Kingsley Centre at 9:30pm
Transport costs are as per NDIS at $1:00km
Transport charges will be charged when traveling to and from the venue by Community vision vehicle or as per 1:1 Supports in own Vehicles
Sessions run 5:30pm to 9:30pm each Friday. Bookings are essential Customer Service Officers or your Community Life Manager on 1800 YOUR LIFE / 1800 968 754 or via customerserviceteam@communityvision.asn.au , so you can make any special arrangements if required.
