Meet Marc! he is our new Customer Services Officer Team Manager!
We wanted to get to know him better so we had him answer a few personal questions about what makes Marc tick, here’s what he had to say:
What’s one Professional skill you’re working on?
I am currently working on my legal knowledge expanding to Corporate Law, Employment Law and Industrial Legislation.
Are you an Early Bird or a Night Owl?
I’m an Early Bird usually unless it’s for a night out, which are few and far between nowadays.
How do you like to start your day?
I start my daily routine by walking my two Siberian Huskies; Taz and Kaya by the Swan River. It always puts me in a great mood to start my day as I watch the Sunrise.
What was your first job?
My first job out of high school was a Motor Mechanic Apprentice with Centre Ford (Now a Toyota dealership) located in Northbridge. After finishing my apprenticeship, I moved to the United Kingdom, where I lived for 7 years.
What led you to this career?
I have always been a compassionate person and began my career change into Human Resources 8 years ago now with an aged care organisation here in Perth. Since then I have not wanted to leave the health industry as I want to make a positive change to people’s lives within our care.
One thing that surprised you about working at Community Vision?
The size of the organisation coupled with the amazing work we do in the community is impressive, I love that we have Kingsley and Woodvale Centres to benefit from.
